Once we recieve resume from an aspirant job seeker.

Step 1 . We go through the resume and help to upgrade and modify according to market need.

Step 2. We speak to the job seeker to know his/her communication skills and confidence level.

Step 3. Train them to become fit to face interviews.

Step 4. Check with our group of contacts for an opening according to the job seeker's qualification and dream job.

Step 5. With Disha Darshi reference job seeker attends interview with good confidence.

Step 6. In to the dream job.

Step 7. If the selected candidate finds difficulty in adjusting to the new environment , we help them by counselling till they get settled.

Once an aspirant reaches Disha Darshi, then we hold them, take them and make them reach where they want to reach.
