Training Programme held at Guruvayanakere

One day training programme for jobseekers was conducted at Namma Mane’, Guruvayanakere by Dishadarshi.

The program started at around 10AM with Gurvandana and lighting the lamp by the Chief Guests. and welcome speech by Shri Undemane Vishveshwara Bhat(one of the organizers).

The Chief Guest of the programme, Shri T Krishnamurthy, Principal, Ujire College, being a JC national level trainer, briefly explained about the importance of these kind of workshops and gave some tips on facing interviews.

Brief introduction on Dishadarshi and its initiatives was given by Shri Balasubramanya Bhat.

The workshop started with self introduction of candidates which is video graphed for evaluation. Then Personality development, grooming & appearance and non-verbal communication sessions conducted by Dishadarshi lead trainer Shri Balasubramanya Bhat.

“An introduction to Aptitude” session was conducted by Shri Murali and a a topic is given for skit to be performed by each group. All the groups performed very well and we could see lot of talent. All the skits are videographed and used for evaluation.

sessions on presenting self for interviews, GD, on resume construction for freshers were also conducted.

The workshop ended with Shanthi Manthra.
